We’re looking for true stories that are unforgettable, whether they’re funny, heartbreaking, inspiring, terrifying, or simply impossible to believe.

Before submitting, please remember:

• Do not include patient names or identifying information

• Do not include hospital or facility names

• Do not include coworkers names or identifying details

• Tell the story as accurately as you remember it

• Don’t worry about grammar or formatting, we’ll help with that if your story is selected.

Every story is reviewed with respect for privacy and professionalism. If your story is selected for publication, we’ll contact you before publication to complete the contributor agreement and review the edited version.
